Seven terrace townhouses, split into two blocks to give access through to an underground car park. The prominent site is currently low-grade commercial warehousing with car parking in the Wandsworth Common Conversation Area which necessitated close collaboration with the local authority. Designed as a contemporary interpretation of the surrounding brick Victorian housing stock. To be built to a minimum of Code for Sustainable Homes level 4, with intensive green roofs, grey water recycling, solar water heating and ground source heat pumps. M&Co initially designed the project and acted as Planning Consultants to help secure planning permission.
